I'm very happy with the overall outcome of my hair... but oh my goodness did it take a LONG time; almost 8 hours. I understand that this is a school of students who are learning, and I know if I went to another salon, I would have been paying a lot more than I did, so I am not holding it against any one. Also, my hair was in very nice condition after I put it through hell (for lack of a better term for bleaching, dyeing, and more dyeing!). Superior products are used, that's for sure!
