Needed someone to come out and check my heat pump before the next arctic blast. They sent Matthew out right away (who really knew his stuff) and proceeded to perform a thorough checkout of both the indoor and outdoor units. I noticed the relay humming on the outdoor unit and he said that this can happen as it wears out. He gave an estimate of $380 to replace it on the spot, but I opted for a full year service contract since it was only $100 more than the $89 service call.

We had a hard to do job due to an unusual attic space and they successfully completed the job when multiple other companies said they couldn't do it. Would definitely recommend.
