I had them install a new heating and air conditioning unit and the outside unit they installed on mulch and it sank- I called them and they said it would cost me $2000.00 to level. They installed 2 years ago improperly and they would not stand by their work. I asked to speak with the owner and Mike said that is not going to happen. This is a shame!!!

Tankless water heater installed by Bovio originally was intermittently failing to deliver hot water. A clearly inexperienced tech poked around for over two hours and ran a cleaning cycle, then calling the manufacturer and looking up info on their phone, and charged me $350 to say that "maybe" a new control board would fix the issue, the estimate for that work was an additional $650. I asked if a flow sensor might be the fix, as that is a typical failure, but was told no. A couple months later, got PSEG Worry-free to replace the $15 flow sensor, which fixed the problem.
