I had a problems with several outlets in my kitchen. The technician identified the problem and resolved the issue. Suggestions for upgrading the outlets in terms of amps & wattage were recommended. The service was pricey but worth it for the service received.

Service Technician was professional, described issues (pointed out physical problems), made recommendations, and completed the service call. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

Excellent Emergency Electrical Service My wife and I are diehard Eagles fans, and on a Friday night, leading into the NFC Championship weekend, to have half of our Cherry Hill home suddenly without electrical power was a MAJOR issue for us (foretelling "bad karma" for the impending big game)!!! Fortunately, thanks to the excellent Emergency Service offerings of Raynor Services, we were able to get full power restored the next morning (Saturday!), which allowed us to fully enjoy the Eagles big victory on Sunday! Specifically, Christina and Becky, who were the office staff who handled our AFTER HOURS call, did a wonderful job in understanding our problem and coordinating a prompt service call with the right electrician for the job. That electrician, Colin, did a thoroughly professional job in quickly diagnosing a somewhat tricky electrical problem in our main service panel and effecting a temporary, but safe and secure, repair that restored power to our entire home that morning! (And all of this on a Saturday!). In addition, he patiently and competently explained all of the details and procedures he was using to restore power, and then fully explained the permanent repairs (panel replacement and main service feeder) that would be needed in the long run to fully rectify the situation. Again, to get that kind of professional emergency electrical repair service, that quickly...and on a weekend...was truly a "lifesaver" for this Cherry Hill home owner! (And it turned around the 'karma" for the Eagles 😉) Thank you again to Christina, Becky and especially, Colin!
