We brought our TL and our MDX for a few years, until I got fed up with the cost of their service and their questionable advice. They always seemed to find some small leak that they would catastrophize, leading me to think that a small ooze would lead to big problems. I finally caught on after spending unnecessary $$. The other thing they used to do all the time is to recommend services as part of routine maintenance that weren't in the owner's manual, because they "have found that it's best to do these" - yeah, best to line their pockets. Like they know better than the manufacturer... Needless to say, I don't bring my car here any more unless the service has to be done by a dealer.
