80 year old Don Hahn came out for an estimate, well over an hour late. He seemed to place the blame on me, not sure why, but I did provide him the correct address. He rushed me through everything, asked a million questions as if I was the service provider, seemed disinterested and barely wrote anything done. He never provided me with an estimate even though I requested to receive one via email or phone. He basically ran out of the house saying he had to attend to his next appointment. Very odd experience, very unprofessional and its way past due for this gentleman to call it a career.
