Twice the repair caused minor issues (once they accidentally broke a vacuum hose, once they forgot to hook up a sensor they'd disconnected - both times on return they took my car immediately and rectified it with no cost. And in the case of the vacuum hose, it took several hours of labor, still no charge). They've even fixed other minor issues they found during repair and not charged extra (very small things that only took a minute to fix).
On the most recent trip,they couldn't identify the cause of a squeak in my wife's car (front driver side wheel) - that's the most negative experience I've had with them.
