If the resident can take car of themselves for the most part, the nursing staff is generally nice. If they need extra care the service is horrible. Food is often cold and inedible. Not geared to senior appetites and preferences. Hospital like setting, not many places for resident to go if they want to leave their rooms. Outside access is severely restricted. Toileting is an issue. The staff prefers to diaper patients instead of helping them to the bathroom. Maureen who runs this residence is a very difficult person to deal with and once you cross her she will not cooperate with you on anything in the future.
