First mattress had a rip which cancelled the warranty, but was a good mattress. I asked to keep it, but they said then I didn't get the warranty. They brought a new one, but didn't believe me and had to show proof before removing it. The new one was hard as a rock. I could not sleep on it. I said it was wrong. They showed it was correct but that the ones in the store are more used. I said I need to get another. They said I had to wait 30 days so I put a foam covering on it. They then told me I had to pay for delivery and removal. I said forget it. Biggest mistake I made was purchasing this; $1000 for a queen set and I am using a full foam covering that I had just so I don't wake up in pain. Never again.
