Called for an estimate on May 11. David came out on the 16th. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The estimate he gave me was the lowest to date.
I called on the 19th to let him know that I wanted him to do the work. He said he would be out to perform the work the week of 25th.
That week passed and I didn't hear from him so I called early the next week. He said he would be out either by the end of that week or early the next week (week of June 8th).
He didn't come out or contact me so I decided, on June 19th, to get new estimates and go with another company.
