Did the work within cost estimate. They replaced a fuel tank cap with an OEM cap, but did not fully attach the cap retainer strap to the vehicle. So now, instead of the cap being connected to the vehicle during refueling, it needs to be set down somewhere. Not how the original cap was connected. Disappointing.

heard tire/wheel noise and asked them to check; was told that it was cupping of my tires and would need to replace them; took to two other repair facilities and each told me I had bad wheel bearing (advanced stage); both noted the noise was obvious when tire rotated on rack and the wheel wobbled when jiggled; suspicious that Luther didn't find problem as it might have resulted in warranty work.

Serviced my Acura TL. Paid for a major service. Noticed that my tires were not rotated. Brought car back for tire rotation. After lack of work done I became suspicious about the rest of the work done. I had a transmission specialist look at my transmission fluids, dirty and low in fluid. Work was never done.
