After giving them a few chances, I have given up on this shop. The staff is rude and unresponsive to requests, they repeatedly are unable to complete work on time, and do not seem to care whether they have your business or not. The GM does reach out proactively on complaints, but there is still no follow-through or interest from the staff to do the work, so there are repeat failures, even with the GM pushing customers to give them another try.
