This nursing/long term care facility provides inadequate staffing because, although they are within state guidelines, they do not closely monitor the residents. Numerous dolls have taken place because the aides are allowed to turn the call lights off without attending to the resident's needs. There is always a flurry of activity to clean up, staff up + have alot of activities when State of MN comes for assessment. The nurses are good/great but there have been cases of them being intimidated by the aides to do the work the aides shld be doing. Nothing is done to discipline the aides no matter how egregious their behavior is. Some families have withheld rent in order to force changes in care for their family members who live here.
