We live a mile away from Buerkle. We used to bring our cars for service to Buerkle religiously until our new Honda's/Hyundai's mysteriously were coming up with oil seal leaks which were quite costly. After the 3rd oil sea leak repair, we brought a car in for the routine oil change to discover the mechanics were overfilling the car with over a quart above recommended levels. No wonder we were having oil seal leaks. Because of these issues and because the service staff were downright nasty to us, we no longer do business at Buerkle Honda/Hyundai. In fact, we have purchased our new vehicles from Inver Grove Honda even though it is clearly 20 miles away from our house. Way better customer service at Inver Grove Honda.

I have had a lot of work done by Buerkle. I recently had a problem where another shop damaged a brand new week-old radiator that Buerkle had installed. Andy Hesley stepped up as my advocate and contacted the other shop, got them to pay for Buerkle redoing the repair. I was extremely impressed - they earned my future business.
