We purchased our electric induction range from Warner-Stellian a week before the anticipated electrical upgrade that would accommodate it. There was a delay (over 1 month) to the upgrade process, so some time had passed before discovery that although the oven worked, the range would not turn on. Warner-Stellian refused to address this, citing the delay after purchase and refusing to make a distinction between "repair" and "it never worked." Fortunately, the manufacturer repaired the malfunctioning computer board at no cost to us. We then retroactively purchased a repair contract with Warner-Stellian, and our original salesperson seemed horrified that we should have received a faulty appliance. So our salesperson was a very nice human being, but the company's inner workings seemed kind of cold.

All appliances these days are made lower quality than they used to be; however, the staff at the Broadway location in Minneapolis did a great job helping us understand the differences between options on several appliances so we knew what we were paying for or going without. Mr. Joe Warner himself personally helped us replace a fridge when it was delivered not as expected. He was kind, courteous, and minimized our inconvenience. In an era with AI chatbots, long hold times, and untrained and underpaid customer service reps, it was highly refreshing to work with a professional manager who actually cared about us as customers and his company reputation. I highly recommend.

Needed to replace my range. Researched induction/convection options. Salesperson was very helpful making sense of different products, price points and brands. Ended up finding the range I wanted at their outlet store. Delivery was prompt. After set up I noticed a small part was not installed. I called. They handled the delivery of the missing part and offered to come out again and install. I was able to handle on my own, but appreciated how they handled the situation.
