61 dollars plus tax for a standard oil change. Shorted the vehicle a quart of oil, left off brake fluid caps; when I complained as I always check the basics on the vehicle, They gave the OFL to me free and told me I was not welcome back anymore. I wanted the paperwork on what they had tried to do but even though they didn't want to give it to me, they did, when I was insistent. This is how they treat customer of 47 years at their establishment. My neighbor priced out a striped down model of an economy car he thought he could then afford. They didn't want to help him, basically told him he was wasting their time, or, for sure made him feel that way by how they acted and what they said. He went over to Mauer Chevrolet and had the car he wanted within 3 hours according to my neighbor. This dealership, Stillwater Motors, told me they did a survey of the area, and, the standard price for a regular oil change was around 60 dollars. So, I canvassed most of the dealers in the area; Fury Motors across the street from Stillwater Motors was the next highest at 37 dollars plus tax; all the independents in the area were below 30 dollars. I gave them the information, Stillwater Motors that is. SM's was outraged that I would check out what they said.

Was informed by co-workers, a great place to have service. However, I experienced terrible service when bringing in my vehicle for service. Took care of his friends before waiting on first time customers that they did not know. Was informed they were "too busy" for an oil change. Did not have oil change completed. A paying customer was turned away.
