Because of their inability to repair the equipment they sold to me, which is still under warranty, they tried to upsell me on a new unit. I ultimately purchased a new unit but from a competitor at a much lower price.

We had a no heat problem in below zero weather and the service technician, Mike showed up and fixed the problem and did tuneup in about an hour. He cleaned up and the bill was $109.98. Hooray!
