Communication was great before the day of the appointment. They were accurate in their estimate. I was clearing out my parents' home to sell and there was a lot of misc junk in many rooms. I knew that I might be able to get rid of some large items on my own and when I needed less to be removed than the estimate had been, they happily adjusted to charge me for exactly what I needed. The workers were efficient and polite. The cost was very reasonable.

I recently hired Junk360 to pick up and remove junk from my home and storage facility. They were prompt, courteous and very patient. Their price was much lower than I expected compared to another junk removal company that I used in the past. I would definitely use their services again. Ken and JJ were great. I highly recommend this company.
