Terry is a skilled mason who brought a large crew to get the job done beautifully. He was flexible in working with our roofer. He was the only one of the bidders who knew how much of the chimney required repair, and charged the same amount per layer of brick as the other bidders. He even patched another area of brick at no extra charge.
