Matt and his team were top notch. Called and had appointment next day. They looked at the garage door spring issue and gave options and also pointed out concern with cables but I was never felt to be pressured. They liberated everything and replaced a seized wheel. Fair price for a top notch job.

In 2020 they installed a new garage door opener for me, very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I'd received. They were able to do the job very soon after I called. In January this year one of the cables on the garage door broke. They were able to come the same day (a Friday). I called them around noon or 1 PM and they were able to scheduled me for about 6 PM. Their other jobs ran late, but they called a couple of times to update me on their anticipated arrival time, and got here around 8 PM. Turns out it was the same two guys, (one of them is the owner) and they remembered installing the opener previously. They replaced the cable, then discovered one of the springs was broken. They had a replacement one with them and fixed that, too. Considering they were able to come the same day and fixed more than expected, their price seemed quite reasonable.

Garage door not working. They came fairly soon, explained the problem, the fix and cost involved. Proceeded to finish the work and cleaned up old parts etc. Called them months later to check on a minor problem with door. They came out, quickly addressed it and didn’t charge for the call. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their prices seemed average, not high and work has been good. Very polite and cooperative with customers.
