Knowledgeable team at this small company. Floors look great and I get lots of compliments. Pricey, but it's a big job having floors refinished. They offered water-based finish, so I was able to stay in house with fairly minor odor (thankfully the weather was nice). More dust than I expected - my only complaint was they should do better job securing the plastic sheeting (used on rooms they are not refinishing) and leave doors in those rooms closed so dust doesn't fly into the non-work areas. There were some gaps in the plastic, so dust spread more than expected. Otherwise, easy to work with full-service company that provided good advice on finish and color.
