Put simply, I'm sure Sandy loves the dogs she grooms, but her business just doesn't seem very professional. The location is a converted garage, there's almost no signage, it could be a little less cluttered... The prices are OK. There are lots of options if you really want to do Fido up.
Sandy's is OK if you're in the neighborhood but, for the money, there are more professional dog groomers out there.
