We had them cater our rehearsal dinner.We ordered by phone and email and included a $40 tip in our pre-paid order.When my daughter went to pick it up they didn't even have it.They started cooking and put it together while she missed the rehearsal, flowers, her singing part etc. waiting for them to do the food to make sure they did it. Finally they finished the order with no refund any compensation for the horrendous mistake and delay or tip. Certified letters and phone calls to corporate as well as the actual restaurant were ignored!!!!! AT least they could return the $40 tip. Needless to say none of our friends and family will EVER go there again.
