We were very pleased with Annie who showed us the multiple options available in the store displays. She was responsive to our questions and concerns as we talked about what we wanted. The quality of the cabinets has been very good, but we did have what we would consider to be some "quality control" issues that didn't quite fit the above categories, it seemed. We had our whole kitchen remodeled with all our old kitchen cabinets replaced. The end of one of the new cabinets was slightly damaged upon delivery and the initial replacement "skins" were slightly too small and thus needed to be reordered as well. Also one of the drawers came without the end brackets for the drawers and also had a small nick in the front panel. Another of the cabinets had a small damage to the interior and a new "skin" was ordered to fix that, and another cabinet came with the shelving holes on one side slightly lower than the other side. But the company has stood behind their product without complaint or hassles and we have been very pleased with the quality of the cabinets themselves now that all the above described issues have been addressed.
