Honest, suggest only work that needs to be done, and gives customer options and enough information to decide. Lower price than others and they have great knowledge of the inner workings of Volvos. W

This is a true family-owned and operated business. There is no dealership in the twin cities whose mechanics have this level of expertise and experience, as in "Hey, grandpa, what do I do...?"

I've been bringing my Volvos to Glasgow for 15 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's not always easy to troubleshoot old cars, and sometimes we have to work at it together, but Michael Glasgow is very accommodating and willing to listen and explain. Sometimes auto shops are condescending or otherwise not helpful to women customers, but Glasgow provides a model of excellent service to all customers.
