The furnace quit working after 2 months, it was fixed?, stopped working again in 1 month, ordered new part, took over to weeks to get part and put it in. I think I should have received a discount of the air conditioner replacement also but x-cel refused to do that. Seemed expensive, I should have gotten another estimate but that was my fault. The company that installed new furnace and air conditioner did a neat and fast job.

Repair was a covered service so there was no cost to me. He had to order a part but was able to get the furnace running on a temporary basis until the part came in.
