Came during the blizzard of 1991 and only charged normal rates. Came early in the morning to repair air conditioner before "officially scheduled start time." using them for over 30 years. They installed our A/C, furnace and provide excellent scheduled maintenance.

All the people I dealt with along the way to a new furnace and A/C, and those who subsequently provided hand-holding to me during my initial use period to clear up some problems I caused, were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Overall, a good experience I feel good about. Would certainly use them again.
