Recommended
Been going for a few years. Had one year where the tax guy made a mistake. Otherwise, been happy the rest of the time I've been going. Quick, reasonable and do a good job.

Not Recommended
The first time I went in, I had no issues. I used them again the 2nd year and they messed up on the taxes and had to revise and re-file them. The tax preparer did not speak to me while he was entering data and did not ask about a document that I had on the prior years taxes which led to the taxes not being filed correctly. I didn't get a good vibe from using them the 2nd time around due to the issue and the fact that he was not friendly and didn't communicate with us.
