The difficult labor market in today’s economy is highlighted by Fury’s somewhat incompetent service technicians.

It depends on what you are having done. They have a new service manager in the last couple of years and he took care of everything that was not taken care of by previous staff.

1. A rear blind spot detector sensor failed. They initially estimated about $1,400! The service rep told me he would try to get a better part price, and did. Still, the part cost an outrageous $965.00, plus $188.83 labor. 2. A cruise control switch failed in the steering wheel. The part was $76.05. Again. I have no way of knowing if it was Fury Motors, or Chrysler, that was responsible for the parts price charges.
