My problem was a half inch gap between the asphalt driveway and the concrete floor of the garage, a smallish job. They were a little slow making a definite appointment. I had to push a little to get them to fill the gap with hot asphalt, what they called "hot rubber," rather than air-temperature flowing liquid from gallon jugs, but they were cooperative and helped protect the concrete from spills with masking tape. Overall, a somewhat better than barely adequate job. I would give it a B rating on an A-F scale.
