The people try to be helpful, but it took forever to try to replace our gas fireplace. The first fireplace delivered could not be installed because the vent pipe didn't match the old vent. Then they couldn't find a gas fireplace where the vent would match, so we choose an electric fireplace. It took weeks longer to come than they had said. Then the sub-contractor that installed the stone around it did it wrong and stone had to be ground off, making a mess. I would NOT work with them again.
