I had a complete major service and major maintenance was missed, such as the valves were not adjusted, steering gear came back looser than when mower was dropped off. They tightened the oil filter so tight that it leaked oil and I needed to get a special tool to remove the oil filter. They chaged me for the work that they did not do. When I got the mower home it went into the garage for the winter and I did not use until the next spring.

Long Lake store, now Minnesota Equipment, will give an estimated completion date. When you call they say there are "X" customers ahead of you and it will be another two weeks. In two weeks, you call and they say there are "x" customers ahead of you and it will be two more weeks. Also, said they would waive the delivery fee , but charged it anyway. This unfamiliarity with truth and integrity made me seek another vendor.
