Since Stan's Line Cleaning in Andover closed, we've used their recommended replacement, Rotz. Rotz is timely and knowledgeable. They have been prompt in the 3 times we've used them. I normally need to leave a message for scheduling, but they haven't returned my call - they just came out and cleaned. I guess that's ok, but I'd expect to discuss 1st. I don't know what competitive pricing is now, I presume they are at market rate as everyone in this region has septic systems.
