I highly recommend Institute for Athletic Medicine. I've been seen by 3 different therapist for 3 different issues in the last 7 years. Each therapist was phenomenal. They understood my issues. My Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis and sciatica. I only needed 6 sessions for each issue and with their web exercises that I watched, I knew exactly which exercises to do and how to do them. I still have access to the personalized site that I refer to now and then If I feel stiffness setting in. I recommended them to my husband who is seeing this PT group for his rotator cuff injury. He's making great progress, too. I never waited for and appointment for longer than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The therapists are supportive and never berating.
