Owner caused a leak in our 2nd floor bathroom tub & sink drain line by foolishly using a sulfuric acid drain cleaner. A local plumber referred us to a remodeler for very expensive options in either removing the bathroom floor with ceramic tile or removing the jacuzzi tub & enclosure and possibly opening our recently redecorated kitchen ceiling below. After considering a very expensive remodeling bid, I phoned Weld plumbing and Zach Weld had just finished another job and arrived within an hour of my call. He first prepped the kitchen with plastic sheeting and drop cloths and then made a small neat opening in our kitchen ceiling and expertly located the drain pipe leak. Zach then expanded the opening to 12" x 18" and sawed through and removed 3 damaged steel pipe sections and replaced them with abs plastic. The repair took him three hours and the bill was $475. saving us a lot of money in solving this very difficult repair issue. I would highly recommend Weld & Sons Plumbing.

I had a dripping spigot that I wanted repaired or replaced before the cold weather set in. Weld & Sons responded in a timely manner to my email request and we were able to arrange an appointment for a few days later. Kent arrived on time and did a good job explaining what the problem was, what my options were and what the options would cost. I chose to have the spigot replaced and he did a good job. Based on what he experienced dealing with the original 1940 plumbing in my house, he pointed out some potential future issues and gave me not a hard sell but, instead, some options I might want to consider when (not if because 1940!) the issues arise. Highly recommend
