A groomer at this facility groomed our pet knowing he had a severe blood disorder where he could not be 'cut' yet she cut him while grooming him and tried to stop the bleeding and hid this from us by delaying our picking him up from his grooming appointment. We did not know this until he started licking the cut after getting back home and getting an infection which caused him to die 2 days later! She had a veterinarian available to help her and did nothing about it! She never told us about cutting him! She knew he had the blood disease!
