I've had very good service here in the past but this past year, there has been personnel changes and communication is poor. They don't know why I'm there and can't seem to read the computer on past services. Previously suggested mechanical needs are no longer recommended? I think I might look for a new repair shop, but not quite ready to.

Dealer has not been able to resolve warranty issues with the rear lift and StarLink entertainment system. Has been in to the dealer 3 times, still not resolved.
