Spent a lot of time on hold when making my appointment. Part of the time was to make sure they had the parts. I made my appointment over a week in advance. When dropped my car off I had to go over everything that I already had done on the phone. Plus, they never had the parts and I had to leave the car overnight for them to get the parts.

They are the dealer so prices are usually higher. We have been pleased with the service almost always. Some minor hiccups on one service but that's to be expected.
