Costs are typical, a little over the top. They are the only vet in a city area where a lot of pet owners are condensed so they can get away with it. Front office staff were friendly and attentive, actual techs you work with handling your animal are off putting. I have a giant breed dog who is skittish, and they acted frightened with him, which made him uncomfortable even more. Animals sense how youre feeling and reciprocate that energy, im the only dogs owner so i know he has no trauma and just naturally scared. They dont act warm, rather throw the dog back to me when its time to retrieve him.
