I chose this shop because I knew the tires I wanted and they had them in stock. They did the work and contacted me telling me it was finished. Later they told me that they did not balance the tires and that I should make an appointment to get that done. When I asked why they didn't balance them they said that I must have been in a rush to be done ( I was NOT in a rush , they told me that it was finished.) When I complained they said they could balance them without an additional fee if I did it within a certain time frame. I don't live near the garage and was getting a but uncomfortable with the service. I needed up having them balanced by the dealer and of course had to pay for that . Also both my sister and daughter had oil changes there and the bolt was not tightened and the oil leaked out. ( in my daughter's case they came out and towed the car back to the shop and fixed that but very inconvenient )
