They can be very quick to respond, but it often takes more than one visit to take care of a problem. Latest problems were - please clean gutters. They promptly said they'd taken care of it, but gutters were full. Then there was a back up from the sewer system in several buildings. They did not notify everyone that there was a problem. After the emergency number was called, they said that it was affecting several buildings, but didn't follow up to ask about or look for interior damage. Hard to say if the problem is the managing corporation (csm) or the on-site property management, or the people (saying that they are) doing the work.
