Mark helped me out a jam again, this time with one of the torsion cables snapping, leaving my garage door ajar (and my car stuck inside). As usual, he returned my call after 8pm, and showed up in the middle of the same night to take care of the problem. (He appears to only work nights, so plan accordingly.) I appreciate that he is willing to work with my janky 1960’s scrap metal & plywood garage door; most vendors wouldn’t touch it and instead insist on replacing it altogether. Instead, Mark was done in a few hours, and for a fraction of the cost of a new door.
