They checked the whole house to see what it needed. They were very thorough. Checked for LEDs and replaced the lightbulbs that needed to be changed. They also checked out our insulation and we were glad to know that we didn't need to reinsulate. They checked all of our doors and windows for weather stripping and replaced the weather stripping on them if it was needed. They checked faucets and replaced faucet heads with low flow heads and provided knowledgeable information on energy management. We paid the basic fee to have them come in but anything that was changed or fixed was free of charge.
