Salesmen sell the first vehicle. Service department sells the rest. I have now purchased three from Maplewood Toyota. There are always coupons available for routine service. Waiting area is pleasant and well maintained.

I bought two cars here and have been using their service department for maintaining both vehicles. Don't be fooled by their videos that claim to identify trouble spots. I was suspicious so had a second opinion about expensive repairs recommended by Maplewood Toyota and they had completely misdiagnosed the issues. Had I taken Toyota's recommendations, I would have paid a lot of money (more than $1,000) for a repairs I didn't need and then paid even more than that to accomplish the repairs I did need. Also, I've made reservations through their online system and they never seem to have received them. What a weird company.

Purchased my car from them. I have had the car in for service numerous times. With specials and such it has been cheaper than other service shops. When I brought the car in I believe they were honest. They have stated the work requested was not needed and there was no charge. I expect a dealership to try get as much money from me as possible. This is not my experience. They are upfront and fair
