The service tech that was supposed to be doing a furnace tuneup never completed the inspection. He was more interested in selling me a new furnace claiming he found rust inside our current furnace. Quotes ran from $17,000 to over $30,000 for a new furnace and air conditioner. I ended up contacting another company to actually do a furnace tuneup and get a second opinion about the furnace. They did the inspection and couldn't find any trace of rust anywhere. I'm telling everyone about my bad experience with Apollo.
