We had them out for service and needed a common part replaced. The service person informed us that this is such a common part that he keeps a supply on his truck, but he used the last one he had on hand at the house he called on just before us. A few days later he returned to install the part. We were shocked to recieve two billings for a service call when the part needed is an item they normally have on hand. They would absolutely not budge off of the double billing. This, combined with an even larger issue a few years back that required digging up our yard a second time, has caused us to use a different company for future needs.
