We bought a house in March 2023 and discovered during the summer that there was a leak around the roof vents. Midwest was the only firm that would repair the leak without replacing the entire roof (which was less than 5 years old). The wait was long due to summer storms causing a backlog of work, but they completed the project on budget and to our satisfaction.

Overall amazing experience. Friendly. Knew what they where doing. Got job done fast and for cheaper than expected. Would highly recommend.

The crew the owner used were all from another culture, not that that mattered. However, they didn't seem to have an understanding of respecting other people's property. Landscaping was destroyed as in just tossing materials and equipment on top of landscaping beds and such. Also, this same crew didn't do a very good job at cleaning up nails and debris afterward. It took me a long time to clean this stuff up. The actual work was fine, but this same crew took it upon themselves to break off tree branches that were an inconvenience to them even after I made it very clear that they could not break or cut any branched fron oak trees as it could cause the entire tree to die at that specific time of year. The owner of the company did little to enforce the homeowner's requests.
