While my dog's regular groomer was unavailable because of personal issues, I tried other groomers. The more expensive and far less capable grooming at Chuck and Don's was an eye opener. A three hour wait followed by a call my pet was ready and being told to pay at the main dog shop was unusual. Then to drive next door to the grooming salon building where I was ignored by staff and finally sitting and waiting with no sign of my dog was not okay. He was not well groomed when they finally brought him out.
