Call last year for a leak was responded to well. Techs promised if there were further leaks they would come back no charge. They were called again, but did not respond. I was billed for the second trip. It took months to get them to acknowledge they had not come out, it was supposed to be unbilled, and to reverse the charge. Calls to discuss were never returned. This spring called for a quote on a new liner. Was promised a quote in "a few days". To date, no response, so we went with another company.
