It has now been 13 months since we ordered & made a down payment on a couch & chair. The down payment was $1358.06. Getting the sales person to respond to calls has been unsuccessful, & she's the manager of the store! Supply chain & Covid excuses aren't cutting it anymore, & the store's utter lack of communicating with us is appalling. We won't ever shop there again.

Bought a sofa and two chairs here. Not a lot of help on the floor; maybe there is if you ask for design help. Their Web site provides as much info as the salespeople we talked to. The furniture is... adequate. None of it is heirloom quality but it doesn't cost what heirloom furniture costs either. The White Glove service was great -- on time, efficient, and thorough. If you want what they have, it's a decent deal.
